First put your lighter on a surface standing up (bar tables, etc...). 
The hinge should be facing the left side. Use your right hand with palm 
facing upwards and use your middle and index finger and make a 'V'.
Now your middle finger should grab the hinge side of the lid and the index on 
the opposite side of the lid. The rest is shown in the video and should be done 
quickly for impressiveness.
Flick your wrist clockwise and the lighter should open leaving the wheel close 
to your ring finger. 

While using your ring finger to bring the bottom of the lighter into your palm, 
turn the wheel so it lights.
The end product should be hinge facing away from you while the lighter is right 
side up between ring and middle finger.
Flick your wrist to close the lid.
