One Hit Target Zippo trick:
Do a basic "Break" to open the lid, twist the lighter around the ring finger and then 
the hinge is between the ring finger and the pinkie while the lid is towards the palm. 

Hold the lid with thumb and index finger and rotate the case making the sparking 
wheel lay on the area between the thumb and  the index finger. 

Squeeze the bottom of the case to light the lighter, the case will go through the hole between your thumb and index. 

Then next, twist the lighter around your middle finger and then the little finger. 

Tilt the case with thumb and index holding the lid and then close it.
