Put index fingerprint on lid (non-hinge side), and ring finger on case (non-hinge side).
Then put the backside of your middle finger just below the hinge on the opposite side.
Simply apply pressure to the hinge with your middle finger and the lid will open.
Reach up with your ring finger and spin the lighter around your middle finger.
When it comes around, light it with your thumb. Simple!
