This is like the Simple Spin, but you start off holding the lighter upside-down with hinge facing out. 
It's the same grip as the "Simple Spin" trick and more or less the same motion. 


After you snap the lid open, use your ring finger to spin the lid around your middle finger.
When the spin is done, use your pinkie to start twirling the entire lighter around your ring and middle fingers.
The lighter will end up in the palm of your hand. Now just light it with your index finger. Simple!
