Take The Power Back Zippo trick:
Do the same opening squeeze that I did in, oh heck what was that trick?  

Anyway, hold the lighter upsidedown hinge out by the cap with the middle and thumb. 
Place the index finger on the bottom body corner opposite the hinge (over the thumb). 
Squeezing your index down onto the thumb will cause the lighter to open. 

Move index and thumb to the inside and top of the cap respectively.  

Use middle to push lighter out and up. 

When chimney is pointing straight at you, rotate it left (into the center) with your 
thumb so that you’re holding the cap between the index and middle. 

Let the lighter fall such that the hinge is between middle and ring.  

Fold middle inwards, causing lighter to spin, chimney down, around the front of middle. 

As it does, place index on flintwheel, and thumb on bottom.  

Push bottom to roll flintwheel across index and hold bottom down, 
cap pointing inwards in the palm. Fold to close.
