Uh Oh Zippo trick:
I don't know how well I can describe this one. Oh well: 

Hold the lighter with index and middle on lid and thumb on case - hinge away from palm. 
Snap open to where you are holding the lid between your middle and thumb. 

Use your index to twist around your middle at the hinge. 
Follow through until the case is resting on your index. 

Now repeat the twisting only this time the lighter should be vertical on your 
middle finger instead of flat and you will stop on your thumb to ignite. 

Once lit grab the case with your thumb and middle finger (don't get burned) an flip over.
