Valley of The Stupid Zippo trick:
Put left hand on right arm, above the wrist. Hold the lighter, cap in, hinge down by the bottom corner opposite 
the hinge with index and thumb.  Middle can steady the other bottom corner if necessary. 

Move left hand down over right hand. The instant the edge of left hand goes over the cap, rotate body forwards. 

As lighter rotates forwards, grab cap with left hand.  And hold body lightly with index and thumb of right hand. 

Keep rotating, and as right hand goes over left, use the meat at the bottom of the thumb to light. 

Presentation is with left hand holding cap, right hand slightly in front of bottom. 

To close, reverse the process – bring right hand over left closing the lighter, 
grab the bottom corner opposite the hinge with index and thumb, bring left hand over right hand, 
flatten left hand and slide the lighter back into the starting position. Left hand will then travel to 
it’s starting position above the wrist.
