Yo Yo Zippo trick:
Alright, this one is real easy. 

Grip the lighter upside down between your thumb and middle finger with your index on the hinge. 

Flip it open against your index. 

Now with your thumb and middle grip it by the hinge and twirl it towards you until it is where it was 
except now your index is on the opposite side of the lighter for easy lighting. 

Light and close with your thumb.
